Cunning Shot is one of Rocket Raccoon's abilities from the Tactical Genius directory, which first becomes available at Level 4. With it, Rocky can tumble out of melee range and fire a carefully-placed shot that hobbles his target for several seconds, slowing their movement speed.
Additional ranks in Cunning Shot increases its range of damage.
